When those tenants do begin to apply, we also have a quality tenant screening process that assures you that only the best possible applicant is being placed in the home that you’ve worked so hard to build. We use a combination of in-house screening along with outside credit bureau sources to help prevent things like future tenant defaults.

We’ll also provide both monthly and annual computerized accounting statements to help you keep track of all income and expenses whenever they arise. We’ll even provide all of the necessary items that your tax professional needs each year so that you don’t have to worry about a thing.
